Rise up from the ashes

Good evening lovely people.
I struggled with the thought of starting a blog but started it anyway because Iv'e been putting it off for years now. Sometimes we just need to get up and put ourselves out there and trust God. Many times God instructs us and it's scary. For me, being transparent and honest is a huge deal and the Lord has dealt with me regarding my lack of transparency and shame I felt regarding my past.
I know and understand now that who I was is not who I am now. I am now hidden in Christ and God will use my ugly past to bring beautiful deliverance to many. Many will see how God saved me from that deep, dark ditch I was in and say, 'Wow! Then I know if she could be forgiven and rescued by God, if she could change - I sure can'.
Sometimes all we need as women is to know that someone understands, that someone else has been through the same or similar situation. Sometimes we just need to know that we're not alone. How can we truly support, empathize, encourage and help each other when we can't even bring ourselves to tell others where God has saved us from? It's to the glory of God after all.
There are so many women who have so much to give - so much to offer but we are afraid of ridicule and being judged. Its time we rise up, intentionally walk in the power of the blood of Jesus and be a blessing to others who are just waiting for your specific story. We can tell each others story but it just won't have the same effect because we have been anointed to specifically testify our own stories to bring deliverance. It is our responsibility to rise up. It is our honour to be able through Christ to be more than just survivors, we are victorious. We are more than conquerors. Anointed people have been through the fire! Don't allow the enemy to talk you out of of walking in your purpose.

How can we keep this Hope to ourselves?
This Hope called Jesus Christ needs to be shared. The enemy meant to kill and destroy us but what he meant for our harm, God has turned for our good. If you love the Lord - all things WILL be turned for your good! Say it out loud, believe and receive it. Amen
