Unrooted

Why are you receiving the seed in stony places? You hear and receive the Word with joy but you have no root in yourself. You endure only for a while. When tribulation or persecution arises because of the Word, immediately you stumble! May our prayer be that God prepares our hearts like a gardener prepares rich garden soil so His Word may take root in our lives in Jesus Name.
