Lions Den

Reading Daniel 6 this morning, I realized that when the Lord elevates you, there will be jealousy and people will even plot against you but nothing will work because along with the promotion of God will come a special grace. You will be protected against the onslaughts of the enemy. People will try and find fault with you but will find none because you remain obedient to God so you will be vindicated and those who stood up against you will be put to shame. Before elevation - God has prepared you for your next season so take a hold of the lessons Abba Father has taught you and make use of it.

Sometimes your lions den is your workplace or community - take courage knowing that God who created heaven and earth is faithful to deliver and rescue you. He works signs and wonders and will prepare a table for you in the presence of your enemies (Psalm 23: 5). There may be lions surrounding you but they can never compare to the Lion of Judah who is for you! (Romans 8:31).

God will be glorified after rescuing you - stand still and see the salvation of the Lord (Exodus 14:13 - 14).
